We undertake the design, production and inspection of gauges from programming to the handover of the protocol with short deadlines and flexible conditions. The primary purpose of gauges is to classify the components to be tested according to the drawing requirements as simply and quickly as possible. Gauges are one of the easiest “measuring instruments” to use in component manufacturing.

The gauge does not give a numerical size, but a quick result about the conformity of the part.

We produce inspection tools at an affordable price in an extremely short period of time, exceeding the Customer's expectations in the best possible quality.
It can also be easily made available to relatively unskilled workers, as they can choose the right part from scrap with great safety. It checks individual-special sizes, and experience shows that the incidence of their disappearance is very low compared to traditional measuring instruments. Gauges are manufactured with tightened manufacturing tolerances in accordance with ISO tolerance standards to indicate to the user the components at the lower and upper limits.
